I have been working as a scrum master with remote teams for 2.5 years and during that time I have deviated a bit from textbook Scrum process. If your working with remote teams, especially if you have members of your team who speak different languages you should be familiar with the cost of miscommunication.
I have to dedicate my first post to the tool thats making it possible – Octopress. When I created my previous blog as a Rails app I decided to combine a mixture of static and dynamic content. The page was a real haml page, allowing me the convenience of simply typing what I was talking about without having to worry about how it would be interpreted.
